This report aims to collect quantitative and qualitative data regarding the traders in the context of regeneration in Elephant & Castle at four years of the relocation process. We hope that this research will create awareness and visibility around the connection between regeneration, and the displacement of migrant and ethnic businesses, and the disproportionate effects it has on the local community.
